What is depression, black lines on nails, etc. indicate fatigue?

I had these symptoms over the last two years and have not disappeared: depression, anxiety, sensitivity to sunlight (tanning easily, even with sunscreen), weight gain, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, bruises, loss of memory / focus poor, dark vertical lines on the nails.
